Missed appointments information
Appointment Cancellation Policy – NHS and Private Consultations
Dear Patients,
We understand that unexpected circumstances arise and you might need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This policy applies to NHS and Private consultations.
We kindly request that you provide us with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice if you make any changes. For dental treatment appointments that are 60 minutes or longer, we require72 hours’ notice.
Cancellation notices must be provided during our regular business hours. Regular business hours are Monday-Saturday.
Our appointment waiting list is 4-6 weeks depending on the treatment, which is the reason that your appointment could be allocated to another patient, if cancelled within our cancellation policy.
Summary of policy:

We require 48 hours notice for cancellation of any new patient examinations, check-up or hygienist appointments. Not providing 48 working hours’ notice, a cancellation fee will apply. A fee equivalent to the full price of the consultation will be charged.

We require a minimum of 72 hours’ notice of cancellation for all dental treatment appointments that are 60 minutes or longer. A fee equivalent to the full price of the consultation will be charged.
